Architect and urban planner with a postgraduate degree from PUC-PR/Université de Technologie de Compiègne, Luciana Casagrande Pereira was president of the Paranaense Institute of Art and the International Biennial of Contemporary Art of Curitiba. She created the Curitiba Biennial International Film Festival and implemented the Literature program of the Curitiba Biennial. She served as advisor and vice president of the Association of Friends of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Paraná and president of the Superior Council of the Oscar Niemeyer Museum. She was the general superintendent of Culture of Paraná from 2018 to 2022 and is currently the president of the State Council of Culture, the State Council of Historical and Artistic Heritage, and the State Secretary of Culture of Paraná.
